A: All ticket sales are final. No Jive Productions has a no-refund policy. In the event that a show is cancelled, you may however receive a refund for the amount of the ticket. Shipping and handling fees applied will not be refunded.
A: At this particular time, No Jive does not have a local office. However in the near future it is planned to have a local office.
A: No Jive scripts and concepts have been devised by inner office personnel. No Jive does welcome concepts, scripts, and ideas from other artists and the community. Remember by submitting your information you waive all rights to work.

A: All persons who cast for parts available must be of legal age (18), if a role calls for someone under the age limit, a parent or guardian must be present in order to represent the minor.

A: Yes, the Joseph Caleb auditorium is handicap accessible. Please call the Joseph Caleb box office to make arrangements.
Ticket Purchases
Tickets can be purchased via No Jive Productions website, Joseph Caleb box office and TicketMaster outlets. Or you may print out a ticket order form and mail in a check. There is a $35 charge for all return checks. Charges will be billed to you and any collection fees that may occur.
Refund Policy
No Jive Productions has a non-refund policy. If an event is cancelled you will receive a refund from the point of purchase excluding shipping and processing fees.
Shipping Tickets
All tickets are shipped out a week before the event or sooner. The reason for this is once tickets are mailed No Jive Productions, Inc will not be able to replace your tickets. There is a $5 shipping and handling charge to all orders. If you need information regarding your tickets email tickets@nojiveproductions.org.
Shipping Souvenirs
All souvenirs are shipped two to three weeks after credit card/checks/money orders and or cash has been processed. There is a $5.00 shipping/processing charge for all program books, DVD's and a $7 shipping/processing charge for all mugs. For every four items that is charged, an additional shipping fee and processing fee will be added. If the souvenir you ordered is damaged we will replace item(s) only once. You must return old item(s). You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. All items are given as a thank you gift for you making a donation to No Jive Productions, Inc. No Jive Productions, Inc will not give a refund on any items and any further damage claims will need to be made with the shipping provider USPS. No Jive Productions will do its best to send out all items before any major holidays but it is not guarantee. If you make a donation for a item and you provide us the wrong mailing address you will be responsible for making another donation for the same item if we are unable to recover the item in new condition.
Seat Availability
No Jive Productions, Inc has the best seats available. However, if the tickets you wish to purchase are no longer available, we will contact you immediately and you will be given other options or you may choose an alternative set of tickets that we will try to offer similar to the price range of your original order.
