An award-winning journalist and media consultant with 18 years
experience as a beat reporter and editor. Born and raised in Detroit, he has
distinguished himself as a skilled reporter for the Black press for publications
that include: The Grand Rapids Times, The Michigan Chronicle, N’DIGO Magapaper,
Emerge, National Black MBA Magazine, CLIK Magazine and The Atlanta Voice. He is
currently the senior editor for Miami’s oldest Black newspaper, The Miami Times. In
addition, he often serves as a lecturer/panelist on topics related to the field of
justice, Black civil rights and history, religion and of course, journalism. He
remains an ardent advocate for the relevance and necessity of the Black press and
Black theatrical productions. |
